help?!the tick over on my bravo seems to keep dipping then cutting out, not the jerking of a stall, the revs jus die off. having gone to fiat with this problem they told me it was either a) throttle body b) throttle valve which is part of the throttle body system.having decided to with the cheaper option hoping it was the valve (£170) i know find out that it is still doing it and have been quoted £680 (in the region of) to sort it out, this is a **** load of money that i cant afford to splash out, anyone experienced this or has any feedback would be greatly received as i am scratching my head on this one. thanks

Go back to Fiat and get your money back as they have sold you a part that you didn't need (working on the assumption that your problem still exists).

The figure you're mentioning seem extortionate, Matey. Get a second or third opinion!

I think it might ahve the same problem as mine did last week, looks like the car stalls but really your not that bad a driver, it just seems to die yeah?? Mines was the plug leads (joins spark plugs according to my mechanic) £20 for halfords problem solved, hope this helps
