Technical tailgate handle part number

I have looked in ePER for the part number of the tailgate handle for my Multijet Dynamic 2005. The car has remote central locking and the handle is plain black plastic, not body coloured. I think I need the one with the microswitch. On ePER the car appears to be a V3 and two part numbers, 735370682 and 735357280 seem to be correct. Can anyone confirm this as I'm not sure if I'm reading ePER correctly

Main dealer is best place to check, those parts will be different to each other, ket the dealer confirm and make the error in ordering, then if its wrong its not on your head when the wrong part arrives
