Hello,

i would like to know what the diameter size(in mm) of the exhaust header pipes is...

From 4 to 2 and then 1 in mm....if anyone knows please let me know...thanks!

On the 1100, it goes; 32 - 38 - 45. External diameter. What pipe sizes are available for you to use?

You are right...the exhaust ports are 32mm on the 1.4 16V Panda 100HP engine.

I did make custom headers 4-2-1.Both my mechanic and exhaust guy told me to use 35mm(32mm IN) primaries like the stock ones and not go up to 38mm out and 35mm IN which was the next bigger size but i believe that it was wrong...that is why i am asking...i wonder what size Supersprint uses for the primaries...i believe it must be 38mm....

The engine does have hotter Cams...260 degree 8.7 lift (IN) and 252 8 lift (OUT),1.6 TB(overbored inlet mani),air intake, and is it will get remaped as soon as it gets ready...

Did choosing 35mm instead of 38mm make loss of power???

Headers go 35(4) - 42(2) - 50.8(1)

They available options are 35mm or 38mm primaries.

35mm OUT is 32mm IN and
38mm OUT is 35mm IN

Exhaust head ports on the 1.4 16V are 32mm....

Which option should be better?

So...38mm or 35mm????
