Do you REALLY need to ask?

The 300CFM figure is whats known as 'free air', ie no restriction. Even the smallest vortech supercharger will deliver up to 1000CFM at up to 20PSI.

I'd bet if you put your hand over the outlet of that fan you could stop the airflow.

The only one of these i thought 'may' work, is one i seen on an american site, which span at over 20,000rpm, even then i would be doubtfull...
