Sub/Amp deal

Am I right in thinking the amp for this sub is going to be way underpowered? It's 350Wx1 RMS (14.4V - 2Ohm, 20Hz-200Hz) or 200W x 1 RMS (14.4V - 4Ohm, 20Hz-200Hz), and the sub says its 4ohm, so surely the amp will be running at 200W, while the sub is 300W? Would this be ok?

Sub is D4 (specs show 4+4) so you will be showing a 2ohm load so the amp so 1x350w rms which matches the sub.

Would be worth double checking the voicecoil config before you buy it though tjust to make sure it is a D4 and not SVC

Sub appears to be 4Ohm dual coil so you can set up as 2ohm good set up.
