General Stilo Xenon lights from HID4u

hello all

Has anyone fitted xenons to a stilo JTD? im gonna have a go, anything i should look out for?

do a search on the whole forum, not just stilo, its all the same, theres a few users who have fitted HID kits. you can get these off ebay for about £80

Please post a pic up of them on when you have put them on dreamworx as im thinking of having a go myself.

I thought this kind of thing was illegal to do? I.e if you wanted a car with full Xenon's you needed to buy a car with them fitted? I could be wrong!

now there's no confusion - hid kits are illegal

In summary it is not permitted to convert an existing halogen headlamp unit for use with HID bulbs. The entire headlamp unit must be replaced with one designed and approved for use with HID bulbs and it must be installed in accordance with the rules stated above.
