Hi everyone i am thinking about getting HID headlights and lenses for my stilo but i cant find any anywhere, could i buy an old stili headlight and take it apart, paint the interior black then put it together but putting a hid lense and kit in it??? has this bin done before and does anyone know if they are for sale pre-made, thanks

you dont need to change the headlights for HID's search for them on ebay all you need is the slim ballast, h7r bulb this is R for reflector headlights (what stilos are) all thats different is that there is a black cover to stop the light getting reflected up and blinding other drivers and make sure its suitable for the can-bus, so theres no problems with electrics... there about £50-£80 a kit

but they are not legal
 
The point of me going through the haslte of swapping the lense (if i ever do) is to make it legal, at my age police will do anything to get you in the sh** especialy aroudn here
 
I've bin pulled over for missing a brake light, but when i check.... it was working. and as anyone with a stilo knows, they have a bulb sensor faliure lol
