When you put them down is the base meant to come up first, if so is it a lever as I cant get mine to budge? And why did I not think of pulling the button up when trying to put them back. :D I was there for ages in the rain swearing at the dam thing. I must have looked like Basil from Faulty Towers.

Mine's a MW but the bases pull up with a loop of seat belt-type material, yours may have slipped under the base.

Cheers guys. Might not have it long enough to drop the back seats again. Wife has started moaning already that she does not like driving it. Its bloody five years younger than the last car. 100% nicer and has more toys :bang: Bloody women.

What's wrong with it? Or more to the point what's wrong with her  :p

Women, they don't like change. :) The driving position was one. The 306 you sat in the car where the stilo is higher seats so you sit on rather than in. I say that is a better driving position. Its to powerful? Its only a 1.2 FFS. OK the diesel had no turbo and was just over 60bhp but 80 is not a big jump. I did offer her to come with me when I went to view the car. The idea was to get a Punto at the same money/year but this is a better car. I think the punto would be higher making her moan more. You just cant win being married. :D

Your not alone gpz750 my missus doesn't like driving mine

I feel your pain mate. I fell a swap coming on with another diesel soon :D

I'd call it a win win situation, if she won't drive it your fuel is safe.

Ish. Its a joint bank account however, she never puts fuel in the dam things anyway so I would not get the WTF shock ever again but the downside is I would end up being the taxi or designated driver. Sod that.

Yeah, It's funny that. My Missus works in a petrol station, guess who has to put the petrol in her car?
