General Stilo / Alfa 147

Hi,

Anyone had any experience of the Alfa 147?

We drove a Stilo JTD 3 door last weekend and it was nice, (its not available anymore), just wondered how similar the 147 is?

I know that the floor pan (and mechanicals ??) are the same Stilo and Alfa, how about seating position and steering wheel position?? Basically if we liked the Stilo, will the 147 be a straight 1 for 1 or is it quite different, should we drive a few??

I remember shadeyman on here bought a 147 for his wife and you may be able to find his posts as he was a stilo man.
id imagine theres a few differences in the suspension and steering and also the seating and instruments to make it feel a bit sportier.
it wouldn't hurt to view a few local 147s to make sure, if anything id say I see more 147s than stilos on the road.

A 147 drives far better than a Stilo. 3 choices of engine power up to 2007' then the monster mjets from 2008 with 170 bhp.
