Yeah I think it's only the 5 door that gets them!

I just looked through ALL of the links I have for the Stilo suppliers and nowhere in the UK that I know has them.

The problem is the standard lights look so nice on the three door, I think you need to find something awsome to consider changing them
Having both a 3 and 5 door I've looked into this. . .
The picture of the silver Stilo is the 2004 Phase II model. The light units are not retrofittable (well, not easily) as they now incorporate the rear foglights, which are located on either side of the number plate on the Phase I. To get those clusters to work, one would presume that you have to change the connector on the end and not use the rear foglights on them.
I may be wrong, and the connectors may be the same (perhaps there are some unused pins on the Phase I connector). I suppose we won't find out until someone tries it.
Personally I prefer the Phase I lights so shall be sticking with what I have
