General Sticky plastic

Hi,
Just noticed while cleaning the dasboard that the plastic surrundings of the speedmeter and revs is sticking to my fingers, just like melting rubber.
How can I clean this?
Did this happen to anyone already?

Thanks for the tip. I'll try it although removing the instrument cluster isn't an easy job.
