General Stereo unit

The CD unit in the car is surprisingly good quality, but doesn't have an aux in. I'd be reluctant to change the unit because it would spoil the look of the dashboard!

Has anyone tried one of these FM transmitter things? I've tried them in the past with limited success - are there any decent ones around now?

Yes I have - at least I think it is what you describe.

Worked OK but they say there is a risk of picking up other transmissions but I never experienced that.
