Technical Steering wheel sound

Fiat Punto Evo 2012
Equipped with Electronic Power Steering EPS
City mode: Off (it works but I never use it)

What is that sound? (Volume up please)

I bought the car 3 months ago, it came without that sound.
Two weeks ago I started hearing that sound only when the vehicle was stopped. This week I started hearing it even in movement.

Any advice is very welcome

Shock absorber springs/bearings, probably.
Then the steering system itself.
