Technical Steering wheel replacement?

Hi guys, I have Panda lounge 1.3 Multijet from 2013 and it has a regular steering wheel without any buttons.

My question is, is it possible to buy multifunctional steering wheel from newer Panda (2017+) and connect the cables to work with my radio or at least the older one but also with buttons?

2017+ steering wheel fit without a problem.
Making the buttons work would be a different storie.

Thank you for your answer. Does anyone have any kind of wiring diagram? Because i see that you can buy wiring kit on eBay but only for older Panda, not for 2012+

Why bother when the radio is only 6'' from you left hand......pointless
