Technical Steering Wheel Buttons - Looking for help :)

Hi all,

Really trivial, but wondering if someone can help... the button I use to skip tracks when browsing music playing through bluetooth sometimes brings up my call log instead - I then have to press the "hang up" button to clear the command & start again - any tips on how to reset or what might be causing this?
