Steering help???

Hi guys, got a little problem as far as my steering goes when either the cars running or not when i turn the steering wheel, theres a strange gurning noise coming from the steering rack you, you cant realy identify where exactly th noise is coming from or wheather its louder in or out the car, any help whould be appriciated. Thx

BTW - Yeah got fluid in there lol.

kinda like a weird 'bubbling' noise when the steering on's full lock? Mine does that but its never become a problem

no, its whenever you turn the wheel, i had it before like that was CV joints and boots but realy annoying been like this a month now, its just quite loud lol
