Hi, i am new to the forum having just bought a mk1 punto lx.
On the ride home i realised that smoke was blowing through the heater vents, so i took the whole dash out and got to the heater fan and matrix to empty all the leaves and dirt so i wouldnt get smoke any more.
Now i am re-assembling and got all the dashboard back in but for some reason, the steering column will not line up with the mounting studs that are on the bulk head.
Has anyone else had this problem, and if any one knows how to solve this any help would be greatly appreciated.
