Tuning Starting/running Tipo 1.4 1995

Hi, I have this quirky problem, when starting Tipo in garage everything fine, if by chance leave outside, starting and running takes a good 5 minutes to run smoothly, can anyone advise.

Hi.

Either temps related.. or more likely DAMP

Being an EFI it may well be a temp sensor giving odd feedback..and upsetting the fuelling.
