Hi all I have 2007 fiat doblo 1.3 d multijet wheelchair van needed for disabled brother it has an intermittent issue sometimes it starts then cuts out again does this couple of times then stays running but doesn't take full revs then all of a sudden it fully reves and blows smoke out back when it starts fully it sits idling Perfect drives Perfect also doesn't happen all the time mechanic had look at it and couldn't solve the problem anyone have any idea what problem would be TIA
