I have a 97 Brava, it cut out as I was sitting in traffic (as if it had run out of fuel, I was on the way to the petrol station). I put around a gallon of fuel in and tried to start it. It turns over and fires up straight away, but then cuts out as soon as the starter motor stops. When I turn the ignition on, the yellow key code illuminates for 2-3 seconds then goes out and I can hear the whirl from the fuel pump as the ignition is switched on. Where should I start to look? The car was running fine, then just cut out???
