General starter motor

hi guys i have a mk 2 19 td and starter motor knakered can only see bottom starter bolt others i cant reach any help on other 2 bolts for extraction would be good ty and ps fiats are new to me

Take the EGR valve off the back of the engine. This makes it so you can get your hand down between the lump and the bulkhead.
It looks a lot worse to do than it is, once you get used to feeling rather than seeing what you're doing.
(Clean or blank the EGR while you've got it off.)

ty i done it took starter apart brushes had gone waiting on new starter thanks again
