yes the 16v exhaust studs are the same as 8v and shame u didnt let me know u needed an early 16v manifold i had one and thru it out after i was told it wouldnt fit the 1368!!!! sorry ming

I have a full mk1 Punto sporting engine lying around. ive extracted the inlet studs for Chalky. Didn't have the double valve springs though (bugger).
I've listed it all in the classifieds.

Ecu turned up on tuesday but not had time to get anything done apart from taking the manicat into work and grinding loads more off the front off it due to it being so close to the front panel and when it is in place its exactly where the mounting bracket for the radiator bolts to the front panel so needed more clearance and didnt care if i screwed the manifold up as its only being used just to get it running and not too loud to annoy the neighbours!!!
I going to be ordering my supersprint in 2-3 weeks time which i cant wait to get on the car then i can finish putting the rad etc back in place properly

Well i fitted the deimmobilized ecu and its still the same so i dont think this is going to of had the immobilzer removed as stated paypal dispute here we come im starting to get the feeling this will never get to run as i have now spent 3 weeks trying to get it running and still no joy so getting to the point where its going to be stuff it and break the car up as this is getting beyond a joke....on the d4 connector i have 2 wires remaining a thick orange/black and a thickish orange with a thin blue line on it???
on the up side i have gained the clearance with the manicat to front panel,just shows how much excess metal is on there

This is the wiring im using from ming but i have no fuel pump prime and when i put the multimeter on there is no power going to the pump at all
Black Red - Bullet connector
Grey yellow - pin 6
pink yellow - No use
thin grey green - pin 9
Thick orange - Orange. This one doesn't have a pin number but is 2 row right of pin8
Thick red - No Use
Black - pin 8
Brow white - Pin 1 it doesn't say on the connector but is to the left of pin2
Blue - pin 3
Blue black - Pin 2
grey white - pin 7
grey black - no use

Well over the last week nothing has been done just taken some time out and get couple of bits done on the free cinq!!!
In the last 48 hours i have bought dans supersprint manifold and its on its way to me now and also bought a new set of kv85s and those are also on their way just got to get the rear shoxs now and im off to see reddy4 bed on sunday get this ecu sorted out once and for all
