the only decent place i can find to meet up is tesco in rugby , i will try to find somewhere closer but at the mo that the best i can find without knowing the area

That is just south of J1 M6; probably the best bet.

I will go straight in to the stand at whatever time you think best - 8.15ish? Or laters?

You'll be directed to where the other xxxxxx's (insert model of car) are parked. ie. Cento's will be directed towards the Clubcento stand, etc.

Wont it be easier to just meet up at the stand??? We cud ask attendents etc where to go?? I mean those who are setting up the stand on the saturay afternoon can have a trial run, it mite be worth disscussing this at the meal

im thinking that too, but a meeting place is good, just a shame we dont know the area to find a decent, not out the way location, it be nice to have a mini convoy though

i suggested a flyer in the window of the car, so it makes the ff lot more findable , it would also save any possible hassle on the gate, sammi said yes, so i am going to throw one together later on today, all the people on the stand will be pm'd the place where the flyer will be hosted, so they can download it and fill it in

Well, anyone coming up from M1 Northbound has a surprise - the only way to get off for Standford is to continue for a few miles up the M6, to junction 1 - you then have to come back on yourselves, pull off at that junction for A14, then find the Stanford turn, lol. M1 Southbound traffic has no problems.

Hmmm, probably best to say Tesco - just head south of J1 M6, over a few roundabouts, and it is on the left of you. There is also a Maccy Ds a bit further down - for breakfast :yum:
