im planning to get to my hotel, early afternoon, help sammi do whatever he has to, sample the delights of the local attractions :rolleyes: , go for food, have some beer and go to bed

i would wait till sammi put up a food thread before you plan anything :p

NO! you cannot do this!!!!

If you have not got a place on the stand park in the public carpark, if anyone tries to attempt to get on the stand who hasnt been notified they have a place (i will have a list on me) you will be asked to leave and banned from being on an FF stand in the future.

This will be the forums first event stand, and there has been a lot of effort that has gone into this so i dont want anyone messing this up as i know that a lot of people are looking forward to this.

As far as meeting times etc goes i really feel like i am :bang: i keep saying that as soon as i hear from my contact who is supplying me with full details i will post them on here, if there isnt a post it means that there is nothing to post as of yet! :rolleyes:

Also there is to be no selling of ANYTHING on the stand, this isnt a car boot and if i see anyone attempting to do this i will be highly annoyed, as this would jepodise us having a another stand, if you want to sell anything, they have a trade area where you can pay for a plot and sell what you like the stand isnt to be used as a car boot, it is to show off a selection of our forum cars and to promote the forum.

btw yes i am a bit Peed off lol cos i cant believe poeple are presuming things and i keep having to repeat the fact of when i get more info i will post - if anyone has any different questions please feel free to posts, anymore questions about meeting times will get deleted :)
 
I know this is a thread about the FF stand but a few points have been made that I would like to address.

Any Cento owners not a member of Clubcento will not be allowed to park on the area designated for Clubcento. We have many club members who are given the right to park on the area we are authorised. Any non members will be parking nearby but not amongst the rest of Clubcento.

It would be unfair to refuse club members a space on the stand because non members are taking up space. This has not been the case in the past and it is not in the recent light of the FF stand that has caused this, I would like to make that very clear. The reasoning behind this is that we have more members than ever this year, who have contributed towards the club and we would like to ensure they are included with our event at Stanford Hall.

as gaz had said if i will be marking out the stand about 2pm on saturday, if anyone wants to come and meet us at two let me know, i am hoping to book a table at tgis for 7 but will do a thread finding out who is coming and who with so i can book it :)

Also if there are people getting there for two and fancy doing somnething after we could have a look and see what there is, or we can all do our own thing till foodies time (y)

just saying that people keep asking the same questions of which i cant answer until i get my email i am waiting for.
