They look like the sort of things sold back in the 80's for car's with sagging suspensions. I'd have thought they would have made the handling worse since the suspension travel has been reduced and when you hit a bump/pothole (plenty on the roads down my way) you'll get a big shock through the suspension mounts if the spring fully compresses without even hitting the bump stops which isn't good, also the shock passed on through the driveshaft won't do your gearbox any good. I'd rather fit new springs (£50-£70 for lowered springs) or better still save up for a suspension kit which our fellow forum members can give their opinions on the different kits available.ts86 said:Will these things actually work?
