I saw in the Newman cam range ( I think) a 260 in/ex cam with around 9mm lift that said no other modifications were required.
Reason I ask is that I was worried about valve bounce, with shims being on top of the followers bounce could potentially cause a shim to make an escape attempt.
Also I was told that the marelli injection is self learning to a degree?
So would mixture remain within acceptable range?
I know ignition timing may not be optimum.
The lobe centre angle is to be set at 110, what is the standard cam timing I wonder, with standard pulley?
