Tuning Sportex exhaust

HI,Has anybody fitted the sportex exhaust t/box single 3inch plus race tube
exhaust?
I am thinking of getting one,will it pass mot regulations,some say they are noisey?

No experience of the Punto ones. The Cinq ones were horribly noisy -- fun for blatting around town, plain painful on any journey longer that 20 minutes.
