Has anyone actually tried this. I've looked at it for hours and as far as i can see it looks like its plastic welded. No glue. :(

I remember seeing a guy from Germany or somewhere who split his lights and sprayed them broom yellow with an abarth logo in them. So it must be possible.

I saw a guy in my area of eccles in a white bravo. It look shabby though as if he didnt take care of it which was a shame. He had the same, just the clusters without the glass on top, so I would say it can be done.

It most defiantely can be done, there was also a Bravo site, with a Gold Bravo with the rear lense removed aswell. I really should learn to bookmark.

I dont want to break it as i want to refit it afterwards.

If I remember correctly from previous discussions they are plastic welded so need to be carefully cut apart and bonded back together somehow.
Just the clusters with no outer would be easy, keeping the outer in one piece to then out it back on again after whatever work you want to do is the tricky part !
There was a guide by the guy with the yellow ones with the abarth logo knocking about somewhere that showed how he did it but I haven't a clue where.
I think Wimmy posted the link but don't quote me on it.

It appears that the pics are no longer shown (possibly because of the age of the post??) But if you copy/paste them into your browser they work fine :)

Also, visit

to translate the webpage.

Hope this helps,

P.S. @Joske - I still haven't managed to do this myself yet!! I'm still working on the method you suggested, but I seem to have come to a standstill now :(
