those interference isolators are quite good but its better to eliminate it all together, cuz u may lose part of ur signal with that electronic device.

Have you sanded down the earth point on the bodywork so there is no paint in the way.

if u've got a good earth, ur preouts away from your power and amps arn't touchin any bodywork, then its gotta be either a hum comin from the preouts or a problem in the amp.

Earthing Points

Using separate earthing points shouldn't make any difference, the car body should all be at the same potential. You can check this with an Ohm meter.
 
thats ur problem then mate. as soon as that paint is gone you'll have a perfect contact area. smooth about 2cm square, not just the exact place ur earth ring screws done too. this will stop any chance of the earth being lost if the cable moves when drivin.
