Speedometer is sticking or not moving

Just bought Fiat 500 Lounge 1 month old. However, have had 2 occasions now where either the speedometer hasn't worked at all, or it has got stuck on a certain speed. Just wondered if anyone else has had a similar issue.

@ 1month old from brand brand new - its straight back to the dealer it goes
