Styling Spec me an exhaust (MK2, 5DR)

Was looking to buy a trim, but have been told for not much more I could get a whole new back box and make it sound a little sweeter.

So can you guys spec me a nice easy fittable backbox which is cheap and cheerfull but sounds nice 'n throaty.

That looks quality.. Would suit my 1.2 5DR 16V too by the looks.. How good are these delivery-wise?

Only problem is it's rather steeply priced!

And how much do you think to fit?

Fitted my Sportex one a few weeks back. Tenner off ebay

Not 'throaty' but that was wat i was after. Sits a bit too low for my liking but overall its fine.

Cost 20 quid to fit cos it was a bit of effort, but ur local garage shud fit for round 10-20 quid if doesn't need mods.

Have heard Supersprint is best for power and it gives a more sporty sound than a chav sound. Are bit pricey and u'll have to be patient to get a decent one on ebay.

gazzella are good for delivery if they got it in stock. i phoned for a s/sprint b/box on fri afternoon delivered tue morning
csc exhausts are good but don't think there stainless only mild steel

when i fitted my 4 inch back box to my punto mk2 5dr it dident sound that grt untill i removed the mid box with a straight through pipe from the flexie joint to the back box, now it sounds sweet as

i've found peco exhausts tiering on a long run my bro had one on his tipo any more than an hour on mway gave you a headache
