Hello mate , it could just be done to that plug was breaking down , iv had it before just on one plug on my carlton estate , i cleaned them all up and swapped that one plug with another , and sure enough it happened again so i changed em all-thankfully i had no other probs after that ,but iv now got it on pot no4 on my marea!!!

Joker is right it could be a plug breaking down but could also be the HT lead (or plug-top coil if that is what your car has). Only way to check it out is to swap the plugs around and see if the same plug come up sooty again or if the plug on the same cylinder does. If the plug on the same cylinder fouls swap over a couple of the HT leads (if they will reach) or a couple of the plug-top coils and you will quickly isolate whatever is faulty.
Good luck:)
