General Spare Wheel Quote -

Received a quote today for the full size spare wheel and kit etc. Came in at £370.00 from main dealer.

Guess its fix and gunk or wait for recovery. At least my road tax is cheaper than my wiper blades!

Why don't you just pick up a 16" steelie with roughly the right offset from a scrappy? I assume its a standard FIAT 98mm pattern so anything FIAT-y would fit. It's what I'm gonna do when mine arrives.

Probably get one for a tenner with tyre!

You'll need to check, but I think the upgrade to a proper spare wheel on the new Doblo is £100. Although why any of us should have to pay extra for a proper spare is beyond me, and something I find very annoying.

£370 is beyond greedy.
