is there a cheap way of sound deadening

Yeah get it through me. Its about £30 per 1m2 4mm sheet and £5 postage per 3-4 sheets.

Not that will be cheaper. Thats about the cheapest you will get that actually works.

this is what i have used just under 3 m2 plus it worked well almost enough to do the car fully too, much less flex in all the panels and sounded much better hope this helps

You would be better off with 1 1/2 sheets of the stuff i get.
