recommend sound deadening for me qubo?

any advice on reasonable priced sound deadening for the 2009 qubo?

I noticed it seems there is about an inch thick foam in the floor...

does painting on that rubber stuff waxoyling in the wheel wells help? and on the door skins?

then adding some of the sticky-backed rubber/foam sound deadening stuff to door panels?

what about the A Pillars?

don't want to spend a fortune but do want to have more comfortable (quieter) motorway trips...

so much wind noise!
