This is my '01 Multi JTD. Standard other than professionally tinted rear windows. I bought it 18 months ago with 55k on it, and its just clicked over to 90k. The only real gripes are the front noisy suspension and the general lack of comfort and road noise. However it has been relatively reliable and if I am honest has carried some serious weight and done some towing that it coped with very well.
Performance is pretty good too and handling is far better than the VW Sharan, 2x Espace , Serena , Discovery that I have owned.

I get loads of second looks from people in the street which makes me smile!
To make matters funnier, I have fitted a KLAXON horn to the multi............
now when they give a second look, they get an 'oooooogaaaaa'.............
makes em laugh!!!!!!!!

We have had our 2000 jtd for 3 years now and we wondered how we managed before.
Its that great forest green colour (yellow).
It had 99,000 miles on it when we got it and has now done nearly 160,000.
We have replaced the lower wishbones and the belts, had two sets of tyres and thats it. Having said that we now have some clutch issues.
We had a bump 18 months ago which put a crease in the front wing and the paint flaked off, but despite living by the sea it has not rusted. Thats new to me having owned previously 2 128s and a 1283p, two 131 mirafiores and a good handful of alfas, all of which rusted if you breathed heavily on them.
Only let down by brittle plastics and a duff spare wheel holder.
Versatile, comfortable, lordly driving position, quick (for a diesel), economical and such a good looking car
