This is a test, so please don't abuse it by creating millions of useless groups, but any donated member can now create their own social group (which follows their own choice of permissions) in the "Just for Fun", "Seriousness" or 'Risque' categories.
It took a while to get permissions sorted out, but it's done now so that is why they are back.
Please note however, they are NOT for technical discussion, this must be kept to the relevant model forums. If we find people asking and solving car issues in an SG, it will be removed - it has to be done this way as we don't want the forums being diluted.
Also note that group creation is moderated and any unsuitable groups will be removed without notice.
