Styling smoothing front bumper (mk1)

im gonna get a punto mk1 and wnt to know how id go about smoothing all the ridges in the bumper and spraying them. pics if u av any plz. thanx.

ps. it will be the one fitted to the s models (the black plastic non painted one)

It'l be easier to get some bumpers that are already body coloured. It will save a load of hassle and maybe even save u some money.

I hate those bumpers, get a GT or Sporting bumper with the widermouth - they look miles better.

is there any diffference in the shape then i just thought they wer the same but colour coded?

they are diffrent,
also the punto s has no fog lights has your dad already got a punto lined up fot you? if not go for an sx you get lot more stuff and they are around the same price to buy and insure.

Definitely go for an SX. The S has no equipment at all, not even a temp gauge even my old base-model Uno had one! A lot of the later SX's had colour coded bumpers as standard too

ge6t them from a scrap yard i'm in the process of placin well graftin a brava front bumper on mine if it turns out to be possible i'll let u know oh yeah theres no way u can paint the black bumpers no paint will stick it just flakes off.

u can paint them u use wet n dry paper then use plastic primer and paint then laccure
