Guys, is it normal that I smell petrol odour's from the silencer? If not, what can I do to fix it.

are you sure its coming out the exhaust and not a leaking fuel tank?
if petrol smell is coming out the exhaust then there is un burn fuel getting through, that is very bad, can kill your cat.
check no one has fitted an ebay 20bhp resistor crap thing

Brilliant then if its not good...! Its a 1996 Cinquecento Sporting. What is the management light? I dont have any warning lights on when its on.
I am pretty sure that its coming out from the exhaust pipe as it only does it when its on and there isnt a smell of petrol under the bonnet when its on or off. I checked the tank and I didnt see any leaks of petrol. The thing is that I dont have a CAT due to the 4-2-1 in exhaust.

Does the management light (red, looks like something spraying) come on with the ignition?

Ah ok ok. It comes on before I start the engine. It stays around 4-5 seconds on. Then it goes off and then I will start the engine. As I said before, nothing flashes on the dash board. Do you know how I can fix this thing? Is there something with wrong the engine?!

At least then, its not only mine. What other modifications did you have so I check mine. I bought this car second hand so I wouldnt really know what he changed. The silencer is not factory fitted thats for sure. Maybe if I change the silencer will it be normal again? Common sense tells me that the problem is from the engine since petrol goes there and out from the exhaust. This is another mistery!
