Slow after closing a web page.

Had this for a few days now. Every time I close a web page, I get the Vista blue spinning wait circle for anything up to 2 minutes and everything slows down, or does nothing until it stops.

Seems to be linked to "Windows host process" and high CPU usage. Screenshot below shows 3 instances of Whp and 97% CPU, but usually it's just 1 Whp and between 85 and 100% CPU.

Anyone any thoughts on what's happening? and how I can cure it?

Although they're high I'm not sure thats your problem.

Click the "Show processes from all users" and post that one.:)
