Technical Sinspeed air intake sensor mod

I'm going to install a sinspeed air intake sensor mod, can anybody actually tell me where the air intake sensor is?

I've got a car manual on cd purchased off ebay but its pants and i can't find it!

Help appreciated!

Do you mean the MAF sensor? If so, it is located between the air filter box and the intake manifold assembly/throttle body. Google for a typical picture of a MAF sensor and you will get a rough idea of what it looks like. They all look similar.

His is petrol.
It looks like he paid ££ for a 1p resistor on e-bay which makes the engine run rich. Best place to install it is in the rubbish bin.

FYI i was given it by a friend of mine who's husband had it installed in his stilo up north. Didn't pay for it. If its that bad then i won't bother installing it.
