Single knock sound when turning

Have a 2015 fiat 500 sport. Got it inspected and a bunch of work done early this year. I noticed shortly after having it inspected and pass it would make a single knock sound. It usually happens either when I accelerate up to around 60 km's then stop accelerating I'll hear it one single knock.

Another time ill hear it can be from turning sometimes in multiple turns I hear the knock. Like a loud thud almost like it hitting some on thing.

Would anyone happen to have an idea or suggestion before I take it to a shop?

I think a good call. It does sound like something not put back or tightened fully and thats a good place to start. If you have a torque wrench I would have a good look round and check everything you can find to do with steering engine mounts and gear box mounts too. What was the work you had done?

Thanks for the replies. The work I had done was a replacement Alt and starter. I also got my. Tires changed and pads+rotors replaced.
