Siata Spring help

I am the proud owner of a Siata Spring and would like any info I can find about it. The Siata Spring tag reads A69-3008. so is it a 1969? The body number reads fiat 100G 1141698 , what year would that be? I was told that the motor had been changed. The motor is stamped on the block starting at the motor mount and going to the left side. 2610015 further away 100gbs040. The following numbers are on the block.
on the drivers side of the block 100GBC A FIAT. I think it is a 903.


Any information would be of help.

Hi, and welcome to FF,

that cars a little before my time,
but the 903 cc engine sounds more familiar,

strangely there seems to be more 60's FIAT's still alive in the US , than in the UK,
our climate is HARD on cars..,
