I'm in a similar position to you, fault after fault. However, these cars (like most modern cars) were probably only designed to last about 8 years and have lots of complex electronics (not an Italian strong point at the best of times) so niggly faults will probably keep happening. And whilst the 2 it's failed on are wear and tear items, it doesn't make it any easier when you're footing the bill!
From what you've spent on it, I'd MOT it then give it another 3 months. If something else expensive goes then I'd think about getting rid. That's the way I'm thinking about mine, even though I do like the car.
I'd be interested to know how much they quote to do the rear bushes as mine are desperate and the two places I've tried said they wouldn't do them. Even Fiat wanted to replace the whole beam!
