Should I reset the ECU

I bought a bravo 1.4sx on a 98 plate a couple of months ago, the cars fine though quite fuel consuming. I decided to get it serviced and the timing belt replaced today. Do you think I should reset the ECU so the car can adjust to my driving style and would this possibly make the car more fuel efficient.

Fuel

The 1.4s are well known to be heavy on the juice that's why they stopped making it and started doing the 1.2s you can try resetting the ecu but I doubt it will make a difference.
