General Service indicator

Hi all,

My service indicator has come on in the car (108miles to go). Now I do my own services on the car. Can I turn this off easily?

I've got all the OBDII shamozzle, but is there an easier way?

Hi We need a bit more information to give an accurate response
Engine type?
If diesel does it have a DPF?
What OBD equipment. do you have? Generic reader or PC and interface?
If it's PC what software?

However generally the OBD port is the way to go.

It's a 1.4 petrol - GP model.

OBDII wise, I have both generic reader, and KKL leads/VAG-COM and multiecuscan.

Multiecuscan is the best tool, but as there is no DFP needing an oil change counter reset any one should be OK.
