So when i start my car, service coupon expried comes up on the screen, and then goes off. What does this mean? My car was serviced fully 3 months ago?!?!?!

Secondly, engine oil pressure high or something keeps coming up every once in a while and cuts out my engine.

What does this mean?

Cheers
Joel

Ill double check the oil pressure message when i see it next. If it is low pressure then was it caused by the cold weather by any chance?

How could i go about getting it reset manually? Or will i have to go to a dealer or garage or something?

Thanks Guys.

EDIT: The message reads "Insufficent Oil Pressure". I just happend, i went to pull off at a set of lights and it stalled and this message came up. What's up with the car guys?

Cheers.

A Bosch service independent dealer can reset your service indicator for you . Are you saying the oil pressure warning came up after the stall or before? If its after the stall thsats expected. If before then thats something else.

Yes after the stall. For example, today i just started to pull away from some lights like a usual and stall....then up on the screen comes "insufficient oil....." by that time i had to restart the car and put my foot down as there were cars behind me. Im sure it sais insuff oil pressure though, ive seen it before. Next time it happens ill wait for the full message.
It isnt anything dangerous is it? I saw the topic come up before and there are many queries about it but noone has ever mentioned the word "insufficient" in there message before. Mine DEFINATLY sais insufficient as the first word though.

Would they charge to get that message reset?

Just ignore the message most ppl do, it doesn't affect the car in any way but if you take it to a garage expect to pay £20 or double that at a dealership (n)

When you stall, the car will read insufficent oil pressure, or aultinator (sp?) fail as the engine has stopped running.

Where was the car serviced? Service reminder will need to be reset at main dealer or a independant garage with a decent diagnostics kit.

TBH I'd just wait until the next service as its only on screen for a few seconds.

How do I reset the service coupon thing by my own ! is it Hard ! the message keeps on coming up ! please advice , thanks :)

your car has only 9 sevice coupons, they are all used at the moment.
you will need Fiatecuscan to add extra coupons, this can't be done with the Exminer tester of the dealer.

as above, you need ECUScan registered versions to change the coupons. I recently did mine, and added 4, I also set my service alert to 250 days as I have just serviced it (last month)
