Technical Seicento Sporting Heater control problem (VIDEO)

Hi guys,

please take a look at this:


My heater controls aren't working right as you'll see from the video. I just wanted to know what you guys made of it? how can it be fixed? Also the heater doesn't blow hot air at all even if I hold the heater control on the red, it still blows cold air out.

Any comments very much appreciated

the control doesnt help matters but notice from the vid the air recirculation lever is at the wrong side, should be on right for more warmer air

hi,had the same problem with mine.
i'll think you'll find theres a kink in the cable.
new cable was about a tenner,quite a straight forward job to replace just abit fiddly.

My gf's Panda does this on the rightmost knob ... good to know what's causing it, will maybe have a look ... or get the garage to do it since it's still in it's warranty period
