hi, my sister just bought a seicento sporting abarth from 2000.
its a nice car but it steers verry heavy for a car that weighs 710kg.
is this normal or should it have power steering??
do all of these types come with power steering??

have you got the little light with a steering wheel

hi thanx for the reply but i dont understand what you mean?

Hi

In the surround to the speedo there are little warning lights e.g. a battery to say there is no charging, if the power steering light is on the power steering is not working...

The basic autos should have a really light steering suitable for most wimpish gurl, if the auto is moving at all, but need a weightlifter when stationary, you need to use a different driving technique to power steering auto.

Say weight watchers to her, & duck

there are no warning lights on the dashboard.
i will tell her to bring the car to a garage and let them take look at it.
i myself drove it today and i think that it steers much to heavy for such a litle car that only weighs 710kg.
i used to drive a clio 16v that weighs 990kg but i took half the difficulty to turn the wheel.
thanx for the replys people.
