Technical Seciento: Earthing point

Hi all,
Looking for an earth somewhere in the passenger footwell, or near the fuse box / steering column to attach a dashcam power source to.

Have found the allen key bolt on the edge of the radio cage near the column, but does this connect out to earth assuming I clean up the paintwork a bit?

Other than that, the passenger footwell would be good, but I can't see anything immediately obvious.

Don't have one of these my shelf but how about the bonnet release catch fixing bolt it's what I used on my 500

Is the picture here reasonably accurate as to what it is?

Was hoping to avoid running into the bonnet or anything like that, not least because something like this is probably going to go poof, and removing it again would be a PITA in that case
